RCABC Lakewater Instructor Advanced Clinic and Exam. This course will be held at Sasamat Outdoor Centre on June 13/14 and 20/21 (2 consecutive weekends). Strong Advanced Tandem and Solo paddling skills are required (prerequisite: RCABC Lakewater Tandem and Solo or equivalent). The course will fine tune paddling skills, techniques and rescues and develop group management, teaching, planning skills. All canoes, paddles, pfds and safety equipment are supplied. Successful participants will be able to teach and certify RCABC Lakewater Basic and Advanced Tandem and Solo courses. RCABC Instructor Membership is required prior to the course ($75 @bccanoe.com) and is not included in the course fee.
